I’ve been using the 2.5mg for overall health and to help with inflammation (they really do help). I was told the 10.1mg were great for relaxation and better sleep, so I figured I would give them a try as I do suffer from chronic “brain not shutting off when I’m trying to sleep syndrome”. These work so well! I have a stick about an hour before bed, but within 45 minutes I’m usually ready for sleep and I sleep well and wake up refreshed! I still have my 2.5mg each morning, but now I love the 10.1mg at night. And extra bonus they use local honey and are extra yummy! Highly recommend!
